FitCrewAI terms of use

By creating your account or using FitCrewAI you accept these terms and the Privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Who can use it

FitCrewAI is for people aged 18 or over. Your account is personal: don't share it and protect access to your e-mail, since that is how you sign in.

2. What it offers

Workout routines, an AI coach, a meal log, technique measuring with the camera, alarms and challenges with your group («crew»). We may improve, change or remove features. Some features may become paid in the future; we will always tell you first and never charge without your agreement.

3. Your health comes first

• FitCrewAI is not a medical or nutrition service. The coach's advice, protein targets, calories and measurements are general estimates to guide you.
• See a health professional before starting an exercise programme or changing your diet, especially if you have an injury or illness, are pregnant or take medication.
• If you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort, stop and get help. You train at your own risk.

4. The AI coach

The coach's answers are generated by an AI model. They may contain mistakes or not fit your case. Use them with judgement and not as your only source for health decisions.

5. Your content and your crew

• What you write or log is yours. You allow us to keep and process it only so the app works, as the Privacy policy explains.
• In crews and challenges, treat others with respect. Don't post names, texts or entries that are offensive, false, illegal or not yours.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or put other people at risk.

6. Proper use

Don't try to access other people's data, harm the service, use it in an automated way or for purposes other than training and sharing with your crew.

7. Liability

We offer the app as it is and do our best for it to work well and safely, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injuries from the exercises or for decisions made only on the app's information. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile › Privacy and data › Delete my account) or as explained on this page.

9. Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, the app will ask you to accept them again. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador.
